Refund policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products are exempt from return. Discount products, pieces of art (paintings, sculptures, metal figures, toys, ceramic figures and magazines).

Additional items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds
If you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
Then contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund can be reflected.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

CHANGES
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at moonrise.cdmx@gmail.com

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver chose to have the order shipped and then given to you, we'll send a refund to the gift giver and they'll find out about your return.

The shipping costs to return your item are at your expense. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product exchange may vary.

If you are shipping an item, it is essential to use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item back.
