  1. What are the delivery times?

Products will be shipped within two days of order placement and then take up to two weeks to arrive at your address depending on your location.

  • National shipments: estimated delivery time 2 days by courier.
  • International standard: estimated delivery time 2 weeks by mail from Mexico.
  • The estimated delivery time for pieces of art is 2 days by courier within Mexico and 2 weeks internationally.

  1. What is the return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products are exempt from return. Discount products, pieces of art (paintings, sculptures, metal figures, toys, ceramic figures and magazines).

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Sometimes orders are shipped before we can process the cancellation. So, if the order is canceled but you still receive the package, you can do one of the following: recycle, donate or enjoy the product.

4. Are changes offered?

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
